Brooks was the mastermind behind treating me with Breakfast in bed for my birthday. He is taking the photo here. They made waffles, pancakes, eggs, toast, and fruit all served on a silver platter! It was a wonderful way to wake up to my birthday.

I enjoyed taking Brooks to his first rock concert. He amazed me because he knew all the words to the Journey songs! He was not shy-he sang and cheered on the band, it was great!

And Here Comes the Character Parade

At the children's elementary school, they have a character parade on Halloween. The children have to bring a book and dress up as a character in the book. Elizabeth dressed up as Cinderella and Jr dressed up as a ghost from a ghost town he read about.
