My boys

It is the last day of summer break for these two. We decided to spend it out by the pool.

Jr loves the cubs

Jr wears his authentic cubs baseball cap as he watches them play. His dad said his father use to wear one too during the games. It touched our heart that he did this on his own.

Dynamic Duo

The boys enjoyed time together as their siblings went off to school. Here they are sharing popcorn and a movie.

Off they go!

Aunt Sandy will be taking the children to school each day and bringing them home too. They have a great routine set up for breakfast and homework in her room. It should be a wonderful year!

Jr is still sleepy on his first day of fourth grade!

Note he has socks on too tired to find his shoes!

Ready for the first day of first grade!

The Princess

E had to have a pedicure and a manicure before school started!

Build A Bear

E really enjoyed her Build a Bear reward that she received for having a great report card last school year. We thought we would do it the day before school started so she would have incentive for a repeat performance.

Brooks' Back To School Bash

Brooks had a back to school party with his friends on Saturday. He has a nice group of peers and we were happy to have them over.

The pool Shark

Brooks is really good at pool and thrilled that we were able to get one.

OPHS Marching Band Season Begins!

We were all really impressed with the marching band program at the High School. They blew us away. Brooks is going to be very busy with his music and we are all very proud of him. Come check them out at a football game this season.

Big John was so inspired he tried on the tuba and wants to march in the band. But we all know he marches to his own drum!
